Mbekelweni

Shortly after our arrival in Swaziland in January 2009, we were introduced to Promise and Nonhlanhla Mabuza, full time staff members at African Christian College. It was evident at first sight that this was no ordinary couple. They have consistently proven that they are hard-working visionaries, who dream big and persist until their dreams come true. One such dream was to establish a church and a care point at their rural home in Mbekelweni. Within months they had obtained land, put up a building (with help from the community) and started the congregation in August 2009. Since its inception, Mission Providence has provided 5 meals each week for about 70 vulnerable children. We are so thankful for the Mabuzas and their servant hearts.
